About Mae

Mae Birch has been drawn to nature and its beauty since she was a child exploring the woods, much to her mother's frustration as she tried to get Mae to come back inside for dinner.  

"Nature is truth" says Mae. She is fortunate to experience nature in the bucolic woods of New England where she draws inspiration as she observes nearby forests, streams and lakes. It inspires all of her designs and writings. Her designs vary from vintage to contemporary, always with an emphasis on the natural world.
